The pairing of Bravo's Kim Zolciak and Patti Stanger, together at the Ivy yesterday, makes absolute perfect sense. They've both had breast augmentation (one went up and the other and they're both engaged to millionaires.
Although maybe things with Big Poppa aren't working out (that's not the same engagement ring on Kim's finger) and she's in need of Patti's services!
