Kimora Lee Simmons flaunted her near flawless figure over the weekend as she was looking stunning in a form-fitting black and white dress in St. Barts. Still looking good!

The 37-year-old fashion model was in town to celebrate the holidays with her three kids, as well as ex-husband Russell Simmons and his girlfriend Hana. She even attended her ex-hubby's art gallery party along with other stars such as P. Diddy.

Seems like life in the fab lane is suiting her just fine!

Another one bites the dust!

Kimora Lee Simmons is single once again after splitting with partner Djimon Hounsou. The couple were together for more than five years and share son Kenzo, 3.

"Djimon Hounsou and Kimora Lee Simmons have officially separated after 5+ years together," the actor's rep confirmed to X17online.

"There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating. The truth is Djimon and I have been separated for some time. We have remained happy, loving, co-parenting friends and family. We all have much to be thankful for," Simmons wrote on her Twitter page Wednesday.

The pair began dating in 2007 after the model's breakup with rap mogul Russell Simmons. Although the Too Fab creative director said at the time they were "kind of" engaged, she never made it down the aisle with her Amistad beau.

No further details have been released at this time.

Kimora Lee has really shed the Baby Phat!

Taking the opportunity to show off her toned 'bod while strolling along the beach, the supermodel-turned-fashion designer, and her hubby Djimon Hounsou, looked happy and in love as they soaked up the sun in St. Barths, on Thursday afternoon.

The couple are vacationing in the South of France for the holidays with Kimora’s daughters, Ming, 10, and Aoki, 9, and their two-year-old son Kenzo, but they also made time to party with Lee's ex-hubby, Russell Simmons.

The Def Jam co-founder is in town to throw The 15th Annual Uncle Rush Bash On St. Barths, an important event that he Tweeted, "is only party I ever give that doesn't benefit charity the other 40 or so events per year are cause related." He added, "Ill capture all the images as I have since twitter began. If u fall asleep and are interested check my timeline in the morning."
