Kirsten Dunst Steps Out In Cannes After Director's Nazi Drama
Posted on Thu May 19, 2011 02:17 PM PDT

Kirsten Dunst hit the red carpet for the premiere of her film Melancholia at Cannes Wednesday, only hours after the movie's director, Lars von Trier, told the press that he saw himself as a Nazi.
Von Trier was officially banned from the film festival Thursday for the comments.
Dunst took the high road and put on a brave face -- she looks lovely! Check out the awkward video of Von Trier's comments, when the actress says, "Oh my God. This is terrible," after the jump.

AKWARD!
I don't see why he would be banned.
It was clearly a joke

only the PORN-BUSINESS will supply her a job now.........
Free Palestine.
Wow, after John Galliano recently making ant-semetic comments and actual assaults you think people would know better. But Lars Van Trier is always doing something like this. Amazing film maker but also has some issues with mental illness. Should try to use the filter rather than always trying to outrage with so called wit.
