Guess he didn't have a game last night!

Last night, Kris Humphries and some of his pals squeezed in a night on the town in Los Angeles as they hit up a new hotspot Aventine in Hollywood.

The Brooklyn Nets player was a no-show at Kim Kardashian's nine hour deposition earlier this week due to basketball obligations but is adamant on arriving in town for the big trial on May 6, even if it conflicts with the NBA playoffs.

It'll be interesting to see how this all plays out!

Kris Humphries' lawyer, Marshall Waller, has dropped the basketball star as a client right before the NBA player's joint court appearance with ex Kim Kardashian.

Court papers say Waller bailed due to "irremediable breakdown of the attorney-client relationship."

Kardashian, who is repped by Laura Wasser, filed for divorce on October 31, 2011 ... only 72 days after tying the knot.

Humphries, 27, responded by claiming he wanted an annulment based on fraud and asked Kim to pay for his attorney's fees.

Kim's attorney is expected to ask the judge for a March trial date.

On Wednesday, Kim Kardashian's divorce lawyer revealed that her client is unable to move on from estranged husband Kris Humphries but is still his legal wife due to the delay of their trial.

"Ms. Kardashian is now handcuffed to Kris Humphries," Laura Wasser told L.A. Superior Court judge Stephen Moloney on Wednesday. "These delays are forcing her to be married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life. I don't think [Kris] has a case, it's a fishing expedition."

One of the reasons for the delay is due to Humphries' lawyers asking for more time to seek an annulment based on fraud. Humphries has claimed Kardashian "had no intent of being married" and that it was all "for the benefit of her TV show."

Moloney has told their respective attorneys to return to court in mid-February to set a trial date to either dissolve or annul the couple's 72-day marriage. Although no deadline has been set, he indicated that a trial could start early next year if everything's ready by Feb. 15.

Kris Humphries is getting back to the basketball court with the Brooklyn Nets now that he's been given a two-year, $24 million contract. Cha-ching!

The Nets general manager released the following statement:

"Kris has been a very consistent player for us over the past two years. He has developed into one of the top rebounding forwards in the league, and we are very pleased to welcome him back."

Humphries has been in the NBA for 8 years and was drafted with the 14th overall pick by the Utah Jazz in the 2004 draft.

During his basketball career, Kim Kardashian's ex has also played for the Dallas Mavericks and the Toronto Raptors.

Kris Humphries may not be a soon-to-be daddy afterall ... at least according to this photo that his ex Myla Sinanaj Tweeted out.

Sinanaj, 25, posted the above photo of a noticeably flatter tummy along with the following, "Uhhh ooooo Loook No baby bump!"

Kris' ex, who snapped the photo while hanging with friends at Mountain Creek Water Park, added, "Shocker‬ yes I'm a thick curvy girl All natural I'm comfortable in my skin."

So is she ... or isn't she? We have a feeling Kim Kardashian's ex DEFINITELY wants to know!

This doesn't look like a man going through a divorce!

Kris Humphries went for a stroll through Manhattan on Sunday, and the soon-to-be ex-Mr. Kardashian was all smiles as he made his way through the city!

Maybe his big grin was due to the fact he's put the FBI on the case of his casual booty call Myla Sinanaj? According to online reports, the New Jersey Nets basketball star has contacted the FBI with extortion claims, as he believes that his former flame is attempting to "ruin" him by releasing texts and emails if he fails to pay her an undisclosed sum of money.

First the Kimmy K divorce drama and now this... man, this guy sure knows how to pick 'em!

Kris Humphries hit up Boa steakhouse in Hollywood for dinner with a couple guy friends on Thursday, and we find it very interesting that the NBA baller chooses to come to the City of Angels when his soon-to-be-ex-wife is out of the country!

We all know the Kardashians own Los Angeles and its various hot spots, so we think the New Jersey Nets power forward must have known his former lady love Kim Kardashian was in London with new boy toy Kanye West!

Their divorce drama is nowhere close to over, but clearly the former Mr. Kardashian has enough money in the bank to wine and dine!

Kim Kardashian's and Kris Humphries' attorneys faced off in LA divorce court Friday, six months after Kim decided to call it quits with her basketball hubby.

Kardashian's lawyer, Laura Wasser, said, "I feel that [Humphries'] personal feelins and maybe some media drive, is keeping this case alive."

"Certainly, they've been separated longer than they've been married," Wasser told the judge. Humphries' council said they need more time to gather information in order to decide whether to seek an annulment. Wasser warned that if Humphries decides to petition for an annulment, Kris will have to fork over some serious dough to Kim if she wins.

Neither Kardashian, 31, nor Humphries, 27, was in court today. A progress hearing is scheduled for Aug. 15.
