Kris Humphries: I'm Devastated Kim Filed for Divorce

Kris Humphries is not thrilled after hearing the news that his wife of 72 days, Kim Kardashian, has decided to call it quits.
The basketball star, 26, released the following statement:
- "I'm committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce ... I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it work."
- "I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don't work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best."
Are you surprised Kim isn't devastated? Sounds like there's a possibility this could get ugly.
High-powered divorce attorney Laura Wasser will be handling Kim's divorce. Wasser has also repped Maria Shriver, Britney Spears, Ryan Reynolds and Angelina Jolie.

Humphries, 26, and Kardashian, 31, married in August in a lavish ceremony at a private estate in Montecito, Calif., in front of 440 guests.
