Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson woke up late Wednesday after celebrating KStew's 23rd birthday Tuesday night, and enjoyed a yummy hangover lunch at En Sushi in Los Feliz.

The lovey-dovey pair dined with friends at the local hotspot, dressed down as always, looking happy and in love.

Our photographer tells us: "They finally look relaxed again. Rob and Kristen looked really happy and 'together.' They were totally in synch and enjoying their time together. It looks like this time it might last."

Are these two back together for good?

So much for those reports that there is trouble in paradise!

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson celebrated her 23rd birthday on Tuesday night at Malo in Los Feliz, and the Twilight lovebirds were joined by nearly 40 of her closest friends. We're not sure if it was a surprise party, but it looks like Rob spent quite a bit of time organizing this!

After dinner some of the group went to the No Vacancy bar for drinks, and K. Stew's pal Scout Taylor Compton tweeted later, “my feet have never danced so much. they are very happy indeed :)." Kristen was in a great mood every time we snapped her picture, and given how much time she's been spending with Rob lately, it certainly seems like the two have totally patched things back up! Maybe he'll accompany her to Argentina when she starts shooting Focus later this month?

P.S. Who knew Ashley Benson hung out with this crowd? We never knew she was friends with K. Stew!

Despite some of Rob Pattinson's solo adventures over the last week, he's still very much with lady love Kristen Stewart, as evident from these pictures of the two holding hands a few days ago.

Robsten enjoyed a low key lunch date with several friends in Los Feliz, and from Kristen's smile to Rob's goofy expressions, it doesn't look like the Twilight stars are in danger of splitting up anytime soon!

A photographer on the scene tells X17online exclusively, "Rob and Kristen were laughing and looked totally smitten with one another ... it was like the whole cheating thing never even happened."

But K. Stew will be traveling to Argentina to shoot Focus in the next few weeks, so how will she manage without her beau on set? Maybe he'll make a few trips down to South America? Or will they just be having Skype dates? They seemed to manage just fine while he was in Australia shooting The Rover earlier this year...

These two must have really missed each other while Rob was shooting The Rover in Australia! And no wonder K. Stew was in such a good mood on Sunday evening at the Kids' Choice Awards...

Over the weekend Rob Pattinson and a makeup-free Kristen Stewart were snapped going on a late night snack run in Los Feliz, and between staying at each other's houses and hitting the bars, these two are joined at the hip!

There were rumors that the Twilight co-stars had ended their romance just a few months after reconciling back in November, but after seeing how much time K. Stew spent with Rob's friends during his absence, we had a feeling they were just keeping an eye on her. Even though Rob has apparently forgiven Kristen for cheating on him with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director last spring, he probably still feels the need to keep track of her every move. Can't say we blame him!

Wonder what munchies Rob snatched up at the store?

It was pure pandemonium in Los Angeles yesterday as Nickelodeon's 26th annual Kids' Choice Awards took place yesterday and almost all of Hollywood was there for the big show!

Kristen Stewart, Jessica Alba and a host of other celebs put their best foot forward on Saturday strictly for the kids and some even walked away with an orange blimp, including K-Stew who took home two for her roles in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 and Snow White and the Huntsman.

Twilight author Stephenie Meyer is currently promoting her new book, The Host, and while she's been answering questions about her latest literary masterpiece, reporters seem more interested in her take on Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's relationship.

"Here's the thing: there are some actors who are looking to be world famous, to be that household name, and although they might discover that there are a lot of negative things involved in that, it's what they want," Meyer told U.K. publication The Times.

"But that doesn't apply to Kristen and Rob," says. "That's what makes it kind of ironic and tragic ... I just don't think they enjoy the parts [of fame] that other people would. And I totally get that, because it would not be my thing either ... If they had the choice, I've no idea if they'd even do Twilight again. I just don't know. I think this has all come at a heavy price."

After the news came out that Kristen cheated on Rob with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders last spring, the couple split, only to get back together last fall. Despite making the rounds to promote the final Twilight film, Breaking Dawn - Part Two, the two haven't been seen together in months, as Rob is in Australia shooting The Rover.

Robsten's current relationship status is not known, though she has been hanging out with his friends, so maybe they're keeping a close eye on her and reporting back to Rob until he gets back?

He has really been her rock while R-Patz is away!

Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner decided to have some fun on their day off with a trip to the batting cages in Studio City, and the Twilight co-stars seem to better friends than we originally thought!

This isn't the first time we've spotted them hanging out, as they attended Marcus Foster's concert at the Troubador together earlier this month. All that time on-set must have built a fairly substantial bond between them!

The usually shirtless hunk is used to doing physical stunts for movies, which is maybe why he had no problem testing his abilities off-screen by jumping a yellow parking post while the On The Road star looked on in awe.

It's been widely reported for some time that K-Stew and Robert Pattinson are dunzo, but reps for both parties have never confirmed or denied the claims, and now there are crazy rumors flying about the brunette bombshell's love life!

OK! is claiming the actress has a big night planned for her maybe-boyfriend when he returns from filming in Australia. "Kristen's got a very special night planned for Rob when he gets back!" a source told the mag before adding, "She told him she wants him all to herself in the first 24 hours he's back. He'll be jet-lagged of course, but she's got a relaxing night planned with a bottle of wine, pizza, and the two of them. That's all they both want."

Then there's the whispers she's taken up a lady love!

The Enquirer reports that our favorite grungy gal has taken a liking to Katy Perry's assistant Tamra Natisin, and that she's ready to use the word "girlfriend". "It's obvious to all of her [Kristen Stewart's] friends that there's a romance brewing between them. They arrived together and spent the entire night talking to each other, ignoring everyone around them... After a few hours, they left together. Lately, Kristen and Tamra have been spending all their free time together," sources claim.

Forget the Twilight saga, Kristen's romance saga is way more interesting!

In fact, after the show, the On The Road actress played host to a bunch of her friends when she invited them over to her house for the after party!

Can someone please take that grungy baseball hat and those dirty white sneakers away from her?!

Maybe the sultry brunette is trying to downplay her sex appeal to fend off admirers till her British beau returns to the States? R-Patz has been in Australia filming The Rover, and rumor has it his longtime love is "waiting patiently" for him to return.
