Kristen Stewart was snapped leaving the Le Meurice Hotel in Paris, and on her way out, she was greeted by a group of fans waiting for autographs. The sexy 21-year-old starlet was all smiles and happy to oblige. What a sweetie.
KStew, with a face full of makeup, had just finished a shoot for Vanity Fair with renowned photographer Mario Testino. We're lovin' her smoky eye makeup!
