Yesterday Kristin Cavallari went shopping at Arcade on Melrose, and the Hills honey looked oh so fabulous in this casual yet chic outfit. Maybe it's her bubbly personality or those luscious locks (look out Jennifer Aniston!), but we can't think of anyone else who makes a plaid button down look this sexy.

We caught Kristin Cavallari and some pals lunching in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon, and when asked about co-star Stephanie Pratt's DUI, Kristin informed us that it was the first she had heard about it! Kristin added that she didn't hang out with Stephanie all that often, so she couldn't comment about her love for booze, but we definitely have the pix to prove it!

And she doesn't seem at all fazed! Okay, maybe a little. It really doesn't help her hair!

The Hills vixen ran errands yesterday, stopping by the cleaners and grabbing coffee. Note to Kristin: Wearing leather in the rain is a baaaaad idea!

Last night Kristin Cavallari headed to Philippe's restaurant in Los Angeles, and the Hills honey totally caught our attention in this see through pantsuit. Lauren's replacement joined a large group of friends, and a source tells X17online exclusively, "Kristin and her pals were seated at a table on the back patio, and she was drinking martini cocktails during dinner. She appeared to be in a great mood, and she left around midnight for XIV."

Live it up while you can!

Technically, being on speaker phone is a "hands-free" option, but using your hand to bring the cell to your mouth kind of negates that!

Kristin Cavallari probably figures being young, hot, blonde and marginally famous means she can charm her way out of any ticket. But, in those cutoffs and stillettos, what she should really worry about is being cited for being obscenely hot!

It's tough to pull off the spandex workout pants that have the seam up the front without looking like you're wearing a ninja boot, but somehow Kristin still manages to look fresh and gorge.

Speaking of fresh, I cannot WAIT to see what kind of trouble Kristin stirs up on the new episode of The Hills tonight!

If any of you watched the season premiere of The Hills last night (I'm ashamed to admit I did), you were reminded why season two of Laguna Beach never worked: Kristin just can't deliver the voiceover half as well as Lauren, and she's too confident and bitchy to be relatable to us real girls!

But whether or not the show will actually survive a new star or if it'll bomb like her season of LB did, it was definitely one of the most interesting episodes yet! One party and Kristin's already getting into catfights with the entire cast! Meow!

But the drama doesn't end there - Kristin talked to US about how she feels about her new castmates, and obvi, it wasn't very nice. When asked about Audrina's "transformation" (i.e. boob job) since the first season, Cavallari straight out laughed in their faces before answering, "I'm not commenting on her plastic surgery."

She then went on to say, "I think that Audrina and Stephanie were very judgmental and just wrote me off right away without getting to know me," which was probably true but after her display why would they want to?

Anyhoo, entertaining or not, I think they might have been better off if they went with another nice(ish) girl who loved bad boys as the star - like Audrina.

Just when you thought the cast of The Hills couldn't get more annoying, everyone's individual salaries per episode has been revealed by Nicole LaPorte via The Daily Beast...

Let's break it down!

Kristin "I'm Back" Cavallari - $90,000/episode

Audrina, Heidi and Lo - $100,000/episode each

Spencer Pratt - $65,000/episode (because he only joined as a regular in 2008)

Brody Jenner - $45,000/episode

And what about Lauren Conrad? She earned the most back when she was on - $125,000/episode!

I thought reality TV shows were supposed to be cheap to make???

Yesterday Kristin Cavallari hit the beach, but it wasn't to prance around in a bikini! Instead, she moved her gym outside and did a little cardio on the sand, and it looks like the Hills hottie worked up quite a sweat. Hey, getting grubby is a small price to pay for looking this fabulous in a bikini!

Who knew she was so flexible? Dayum girl!

Last night Kristin Cavallari dined at Boa, and the Hills hottie reminded us once again that she's the sexiest b*tch on the block.

Sure, Lauren Conrad is cute and all, but Kristin's always been the more attractive of the two, right? Plus, she has the WAY more attractive personality...she's always so bubbly and outgoing, we'd much rather hang out with her!

But does that mean Hollywood celebs will start covering up their beach bods? We sure hope not!

Says a source: "Audrina hates Kristin, and MTV sprung this on her last minute so she decided to cancel. She doesn't even want to be in the same room with Kristin."

You gotta love these cat fights! A friend of Cavallari's claims Kristin is "happy." They also say that "Kristin is the star of The Hills, not Audrina."

Dude, Kristin hasn't even been on yet! Lame. Think these two are really squabbling? Mean girls alert!

Maybe because of all those John Mayer hookup rumors? Or maybe because the story is actually true and John is denying it!

Either way, Ms. Cavallari had on her bitch face while shooting The Hills in Malibu yesterday. She looks pretty hot here! Hotter than LC?
