Kristin Cavallari was all smiles when she left the Jose Eber salon in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, and we're dying to know how she dropped the baby weight so fast! Is it just us, or does she look even skinnier now than she did before her pregnancy?

KC gave birth to son Camden Jack on August 8, and though the former reality starlet has been spending most of her time in Illinois with fiance Jay Cutler (in case you didn't know, he plays for the Chicago Bears) she's back in California to handle some business. And let's be honest, the hair salons in the Windy City probably aren't quite as good as the ones out here...

When Nick and Vanessa Lachey announced that they had welcomed son Camden John yesterday, we were wondering how Kristin Cavallari and fiance Jay Cutler felt about it -- after all, the duo welcomed their own son Camden Jack a little over a month ago!

"Apparently Camden is a popular name!" Cavallari tweeted. While some speculated that this was a jab at her ex (Kristin briefly dated the 98 Degrees singer in 2006 following his split from Jessica Simpson), she added that this was not an insult. "By the way that wasn't a bitchy tweet at all," she wrote. "I obviously love the name and I'm glad other people do too."

Glad we cleared that up!

The 25-year-old reality show star gave birth almost a month ago, and already she looks fab.

Camden's mom Tweeted the above photo and the following, "This mamma is gonna have her first glass of wine in 10 months tonight. Woohoo."

Cavallari has said she wants four kids. If this is how she bounces back from pregnancy, fiance Jay Cutler is a lucky man!

Kristin Cavallari is officially a mom!

The reality starlet gave birth to her son, Camden, this morning. Cavallari, 25, Tweeted:

"We are thrilled to welcome Camden Jack Cutler into the world. He was born this morning weighing 7lbs 9oz. Everyone is doing great!"

Baby Camden's dad is Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.

The couple, who announced they were expecting back in January, originally called off their engagement in July 2011. However, as of now, their wedding plans are back on.

The Laguna Beach star uploaded this picture to her WhoSay account with the caption, "Here's my massive baby bump! And my outfit for tonight. Didn't have many options but pulled something together." The blonde beauty still looks as gorgeous as ever!

Her body isn't the only thing changing with this whole experience! The 25-year-old has tamed her party girl lifestyle since learning she was with child, and these days she's more likely to be relaxing at home than hitting the clubs! "Taking my grandma to dinner tonight. It's great because we're on the same schedule...dinner at 6, in bed by 9. Oh how times have changed," she recently tweeted.

We're so excited for baby Cutler to finally make his arrival!

Kristin Cavallari showed us her best maternity style on the way to a doctor's appointment in Toluca Lake yesterday, cloaking her baby bump in a red belted dress paired with simple black sandals. She might not be on TV anymore, but she's still dressing like a star!

Not only that, but it seems like the 25-year-old has kept her baby weight gain to a minimum! Reportedly due in August, the blonde beauty is already craving all the "off limit" mommy foods she has been deprived of, tweeting, "Counting down the days until I can have sushi."

It might not feel like it to K-Cav, but we feel like her pregnancy has flown by!

Today we spotted Kristin Cavallari running errands in Beverly Hills, and the former Hills honey smiled sweetly for the cameras as she went about her business.

The pregnant starlet had her baby shower over the weekend, and not only was she gifted with strollers, car seats, toys, blankets and baby clothes, but guests got to nosh on cupcakes and a three-tier sponge cake. Fiance Jay Cutler def spoils her rotten, but it sounds like her friends are pretty indulgent as well!

Kristin Cavallari is a hungry mamma to-be!

After throwing a fancy baby shower in Beverly Hills on Saturday afternoon, the Laguna Beach star showed off her huge bump as she headed to Urth Cafe in West Hollywood to pick up some grub to go!

Cavallari's shower, which was sponsored FIJI water and Le Bebe Coo, was also a bit of a mini-Hills reunion!

The 25-year-old invited former MTV costars Stephanie Pratt, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, to the party, and guests dined on cupcakes and a three-tier sponge cake by Pink Salt Event Cuisine, according to US Weekly.

The Laguna Beach star and her fiance, Jay Cutler, received strollers, car seats, bath toys, blankets and clothes.
