Yesterday we spotted Kristin Cavallari arriving at Neil George in Beverly Hills to get her blonde tresses touched up, and the Hills hottie wore a navy cable sweater and flared jeans to the salon. But what's going on with the crotchal region of her pants? Maybe skinny denim and flats would have been a better option to pair with the bulky top?

The "crotchal" area of the pants is actually called wiskers when it looks like that and is done deliberately. Not everyone can or should wear them when they are coloured (dyed) that way, but she can definately get away with it.
