Well, she's wearing bottoms, and she's not having a pantyhose malfunction, so why not?
The sexy songstress got dinner at Katsuya over the weekend, and we were surprised to see her wearing a bit more clothing than usual. And is it just us, or is this outfit (and haircut) a bit reminiscent of Gwen Stefani's getup at the 2006 AMAs? Either way, we're loving it - nice work GaGa!
