Lady Gaga arrived at Bucharest's Athenee Palace Hilton Hotel looking like quite the fashionista. We're not surprised!

The "You and I" singer, wearing a gold embellished dress with sky-high heels and sparkly tights, will be performing a concert in Romania tomorrow night at the Piata Constitutiei Square of Bucharest.

Aside from traveling the world for her Born This Way Ball Tour, Gaga recently debuted a bizarre video ad for her fragrance Fame. When asked to describe the scent, Lady G told Vogue, "It must be black. It must be enticing. You must want to lick and touch and feel it, but the look of it must terrify you."
