Lady Gaga Releases "Edge Of Glory" Single Cover
Posted on Sun May 8, 2011 02:59 PM PDT

Lady Gaga has released one of her less-shocking pieces of cover art ... this time for her single "Edge of Glory," due out tomorrow on iTunes.
The track is being described as a "techno-rock power ballad." Gaga wrote it after the death of her grandfather last September. She is quotes as saying, "The song is about your last moment on earth, the moment of truth, the moment before you leave earth. It can be played on the piano, but it’s actually set to this giant, huge, techno rock, Springsteen-esque dance beat."
Gaga channeling Springsteen? We can't wait!
The power ballad was co-written by Gaga, Fernando Garibay and DJ White Shadow and features Clarence Clemons of the E Street Band playing saxophone.
Gaga's album, Born This Way drops May 9th.
