Lady Gaga Confirms New Album Title ARTPOP

The Little Monsters have to wait no more!

After promising to reveal her new album title in September, Lady Gaga has apparently gotten antsy and decide to share the news with her fans early!

After getting a tattoo last week which read "ARTPOP" and posting a pic on Twitter, speculation was rampant that the fresh ink was also the name for her album, so the pop diva took to the microblogging site to clear up any confusion.

"Make sure when writing about my new album/project ARTPOP that you CAPITALIZE the title, *its all in the details* good morning Twitter!" she wrote. And there you have it folks!

The title is something that she's had in mind for a while, and now will have on her body forever! "I've started writing it and I have the name for it, and all the concepts are beginning to flourish and take place. I'm excited to put it out, but it's not done yet. So I'll put it out when it's done," she told MTV News about her plans last December.

Gagaloo has been recording ARTPOP while on her Born This Way tour, enlisting the help of Whitesnake guitarist Doug Aldrich and longtime collaborator DJ White Shadow.
