Lady Gaga Sends Personal Thank-You Video To Fan For His Anti-Bullying Efforts
Posted on Sun Nov 27, 2011 09:00 AM PDT
Lady Gaga is a well-known advocate for anti-bullying; in fact she takes the cause so seriously, she sent a personalized thank-you video to a 17-year-old fan who organized an assembly at his high school in Toronto.
The pop star replied to an email from the teen, with a link to download this video to show at his school rally. She told her "Little Monster" Jacques St. Pierre:
- "I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you for being such a strong advocate of the LGBT community in your school. There should be more little monsters like you ... My father always saves all the fan letters that I receive and I read yours and wanted to send this video to you. It is important that we push the boundaries of love and acceptance."
Now THAT's a pop star who really cares! Yay, Gaga!
Could you imagine showing THAT to your fellow classmates?!
