I have seen Lane Cry, Sceem, and talk about how he wishes he was the one that died not someone else. This guy is a lover a true man that had no family other then his little sister who is now all alone in this world for the next 40 months. and by the way they grew up poor and had no money untill prison break and that wasn't a million $ he made off that show. now he is sued for more then everything he has worked for. This kid worked every day waking up at 5am from the time he was 18 and movedout there to find work and write movies. It was his escape. And you wonder why he wanted to take a lil brake and party just a little bit. I dont think what he id was ok at all. but YOU DONT KNOW HOW MUCH HE LOST! EVERYTHING!!

I think he should get the time he deserves, but why would someome get into a car with someone that is soo obviously DRUNK>..I think the victim is not totally innocent in all this. Its sad that he died but it WAS HIS CHOICE to get into the car with him..
