Our videographers literally just handed us the tapes of Lane Garrison walking into the Beverly Hills Municipal Courthouse to face charges of vehicular manslaughter. these celebrities will never cease to amaze me. when will they wake up and realize that this is NOT A JOKE and NOTHING gives them the right to drive intoxicated. You'll see him walking around for quite some time unfortunately. Manslaughter trials take a very long time to go to court. My relative was killed by a drunk driver in Dec. 05 and her murderer has been walking around for the past 15 months. Hopefully things will be settled soon; no thanks to blood sucking lawyers.

How long before we see parasite hilton, nicole ritchie, or lindsay lohan doing the same perp walk after they kill someone while driving under the influence? He was out partying with minors, he killed one of them, he needs a looooong stint in a real prison to think about what he`s done. The difference with this guy, is he actually looks like he feels bad about whot he has done. He takes the bus, actually shows up for court, and will do all the time he is sentenced to do. How could you not feel bad if you killed and innocent child. At least he isn't like Parisite Hilton, dumb bitch, who still drives around on a suspended license, and does whatever she feels like. You people need to give this guy a break, he is paying for what he did. Unfortuately, like the one post said, it will take a while, but I think he will actually do the time. I don't feel bad for the guy, he made his bed, now he can sleep in it. I really hope he gets the maximum amount of time, and serves the full amount. Lane is a mess. I saw him in Dallas Texas for the opening of the Ghostbar @ the W Hotel, and he was drunk off his ass. You can tell that he wanted to be the center of attention all night long. So when I heard he killed a 17 year old it was no surprise. I'm mean what the hell is he doing at a party full of underage kids snorting coke and getting trashed anyway. He is a gorgeous and talented actor that needs some serious help what a waste.

lane did something terrible and we all no that but saying you could beat him up or saying hes a killer is going to make it worse he obviously needs help and just because hes an actor doesnt meen he should be let of easy but he has shown he is terribly sorry and if he doesnt go to jail then he will have guilt in his heart everywhere he goes and he does know hes done wrong but do we even no the full story NO we know somebody got killed, but we dont no why they left the party and do we even no if lane was driving, lane never meant to kill anyone i do feel for lane and he needs serious help so instead of saying anything bad about him he should be given help instead.
Aswell people commit murder everyday and most of the time they mean to do it but because there not celebrities they dont get all the agro and grief of the press going everywhere they go or people shouting names at them and people having massive arguements about them yeah they get it a bit but not as much as celebs do so everyone should lay of lane a bit and give him some space to recover from what he has done and get help!..
