Lauren Conrad made her way through LAX yesterday, and The Hills alum looked stunning in a flannel shirt and no makeup. We bet she's glad she doesn't have cameras following her every move anymore!

We wonder when the reality star is going to settle down with her rock star beau William Tell?

After all, her former co-star Kristin Cavallari is engaged with a baby, and her other co-star Heidi Montag has been married to Spencer Pratt for years!

Ever since The Hills ended, it seems like we catch up with Lauren Conrad about 4 times a year! Not like we miss her that much, but it's always interesting to see what the reality star turned fashion designer is up to!

Lauren was snapped grabbing a bite at The Griddle in West Hollywood with a pal, and surprisingly, she didn't pull her usual duck and cover when she spotted photogs.

While the 26-year-old starlet has found some success with her novel series, it seems like she's always plugging her clothing collection these days. Hey, now that she's not making $120k per episode, she's gotta hustle!

No wonder she's writing a book on beauty... she's so naturally gorgeous!

Lauren Conrad signed copies of her latest book Beauty at Books and Books in Miami yesterday, and the best-selling author looked stunning in an orange dress that complimented her perfectly highlighted locks.

Her book just hit stores October 16, and the former reality star recently explained to People why she was inspired to reveal her beauty secrets to fans.

"So many times fans ask how to do something, or what tool or product to use, and there are so many tricks I've learned from amazing glam teams. I felt this was a great way to share it all with the girls who will really put the tips to good use," she said.

Considering how much her looks have changed - in a good way! - since her Laguna Beach days, we believe LC when she says she knows the best tricks of the trade!

Someone's spending that Hills money!

Lauren Conrad indulged in some retail therapy in Santa Monica yesterday, and the reality star looks like she did some damage based on the number of shopping bags she was carrying! The MTV darling looked California chic in white skinny jeans, a denim button down, and Ray Ban aviators as she lugged her purchases to the car.

The 26-year-old Laguna Beach native recently opened up about her painful breakup with boyfriend of three years Kyle Howard. Both parties stayed mum on the split after they called it quits in June 2011, but now the blonde beauty is offering some advice to her fans who are at the same point in their lives.

"One thing to keep in mind while you are attending weddings, showers and other events celebrating your friends' relationships is that these aren't things you are missing out on. They are things you have to look forward to. I was in a similar place last year. Twenty-five, newly single and helping one of my best friends plan her wedding, so I know how it can feel," she explained of her mixed emotions being mid-20's and unattached.

LC is now happily dating USC law student William Tell after being set up with him by pals on Valentine's Day.

"It can be hard to feel like you have to start from scratch when you have invested so much time with a person, but shortly after my break up I realized something: I wasn't losing the chance to have love - I was getting the opportunity to do it all over again," she added.

The Hills are alive with the sound of romance!

Lauren Conrad must have been burning up today when we spotted her working out in a pair of long black leggings, but the former Hills hottie was all smiles when we took her picture!

So now that she's no longer on a hit reality TV show, what's she been up to? In addition to working on her fitness, blogging about beauty and fashion and spending time with her pooch Chloe, LC recently unveiled her new accessory line with BlueAvocado XO(ECO). She created 20 travel and cosmetic accessories which are made with Repreve, a fabric made from recycled plastic bottles.

“I wanted to be part of the solution, not the problem,” Lauren told People. “As a designer, I hope that my choices can raise visibility around the importance of environmental sustainability and start to drive change with my fans. And what a great way to reuse those bottles we recycle every week."

Lauren Conrad is showing off more than usual on the cover of Glamour magazine.

The 26-year-old fashion designer, who looks noticeably slimmer, ditched her top for the sexy photo shoot.

The former Hills star tells the mag:

"On the vacation to Cabo, I wore a bathing suit on the beach for the first time in years. Usually I'm just petrified. A couple of years ago someone zoomed in on my cellulite and it was so mean. I took it really personally. I haven't worn a bathing suit in L.A. in years because of that."

Last night Lauren Conrad and Adam Lambert (along with his bf Sauli Koskinen) dined at Katsuya in Hollywood, and while they weren't sharing a table, it looks like all parties enjoyed their sushi!

Lauren is known to be quite camera shy, so it was a nice change of pace to see her lovely face! And it's not just about the clothes and the smile -- Lauren's also got a killer bod, and she recently gave the deets about her workout routine on her blog. In addition to going to the gym, hiking and kickboxing, LC reveals that she enjoys hitting the slopes. "I encourage you to ski and snowboard those calories away," she writes. "You can burn up to 350 calories from one hour of skiing/snowboarding. It works a lot of muscle groups at once, which will maximize your workout. If you’re not one for skiing or snowboarding, build a snowman or have a snowball fight. You can burn up to 300 calories doing either of these activities for an hour." Sign us up!

At the brand new Hyde nightclub in Vegas' Bellagio hotel, special guest for the evening, Sophia Vergara, best known for her role as Gloria on TV sitcom Modern Family, arrived at the lounge looking stunning in a white, shimmering dress. When asked about her New Year’s Eve at Hyde, Sophia replied, “I’m very excited … I was a fan of Hyde in Los Angeles, so I’m sure [Hyde] in Vegas is going to be even more fabulous.”

Welcoming the New Year at Hyde Bellagio were Wilmer Valderrama, Joe Jonas, Leona Lewis, Eliza Dushku, Emile Hirsch, Lauren Conrad, Stephanie Pratt, Eric Stonestreet, Amber Lancaster and Lakers basketball player Rick Fox, among others.

Guests settled into their plush VIP tables as models in cellophane dresses posed around them holding celebratory New Year’s balloons. Songs like Tyga’s “Rack City” and Drake’s “Take Care,” featuring Rihanna, had clubgoers on their feet dancing and raising their glasses to a successful 2011.

Vergara pumped up the crowd as she counted down the remaining seconds of 2011. As the clock struck midnight, the iconic Fountains of Bellagio sprayed high above the Las Vegas Strip and gold and silver balloons filled with $100 bills fell from the ceiling. Throughout the venue, guests cheered, toasted and kissed to the year ahead.
