While Lindsay was partying at Teddy's with S.Ro. for her birthday, the rest of the Hollywood babes hit up Crown Bar!
We spotted Lauren Conrad with BFF Lo heading over to the hotspot, and it looks like Lauren - whose white ruffled top looked strikingly similar to LiLo's outfit last night, not to mention Hilary Duff's a couple weeks back! - showed off a bit more than she had perhaps intended:

Cellulite is NORMAL for every woman and possible from the first time (and even before) they get their periods. Hormones are the reason, not fat!!

They say cellulite is common for most women (NOT ALL) but I think if a slender woman exercises, drinks lots of water and eats healthy she can avoid it or at least diminish it. Most really young slender women do not have it.
