Now let's talk about the context of your comment. When you wrote it by itself, it simply reads as if you are saying that I am not posting on this site or any other site. It is not my fault that you don't consider the flaws in your logic.

Eddie seems to be suing for libel if the story from Extra is true.

Brandi thought he should do so if the story was false...or at least that is what I got from her twitter page. Time will tell if the story is true.

EC is suing because LR threw a hissy fit, remember she wants everyone to think that EC loves her. If he was following BG advice he would have sued the day she wrote it, not two days after LR realized that she couldn't make the cheating stories disappear.

EC is cheating on LR and he is following the same guidelines he used when he was cheating on his wife with LR. First the denials and then the public appearances to give the impression that all is well. He is only suing because he thinks that it will add weight to his denial.

He criticizes L & S for being irresponsible, but how irresponsible was it to allow his mistress to pay People magazine to write about how they made out in a club/public place? Is this responsible journalism? To glamorize the actions of two cheaters and a man who declared that he wasn't going to allow his personal business to play out in the tabloids.

And now we have an "eye-witness" (aka LR) talking about how they made out in a public place. Is this the actions of a man and woman who claim to have been hurt by what L & S wrote? If they were hurt by L & S wrote, wouldn't they have just went to their hotel room instead of making out where all can see them? EC proves that he is a liar and he probably hurt his case with L & S by allowing People magazine to be so irresponsible. What was the point in whining about how SMJ admission hurt him and his mistress, if he doesn't even care enough about his sons to do what he promised in front of many viewers.
