Bristol Palin And Levi Johnston Engaged

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are engaged, and the couple tell Us Weekly that Sarah Palin had no idea ... until now. Surprise!
"We got engaged two weeks ago," Bristol tells the mag. "It felt right, even though we don’t have the approval of our parents." Bristol, 19, and Levi, 20 were previously engagement after the birth of their son Tripp in December 2008, but the plans were quickly called off and a bitter custody battle ensued.
Bristol and Levi reveal that they reconnected three months ago while working out a custody plan for their 18-month-old son. So what about getting the approval of mom Sarah? Bristol says, "It is intimidating and scary just to think about what her reaction is going to be. Hopefully she will jump on board."
What if she doesn't?
Who knew these two would get back together?

the woman in the picure looks like 45-48, how can that be? i was chocked, i thought it was his mother.
Every kid deserves a happy family.
To many social ills and poverty affect society because of unwed mothers.
No amount of taxpayer funded govt money can fix.

Sarah Palin should give them a nice wedding and help them a little financially, to get them off to a good start.
After that, Sarah should leave them the hell alone. They seem to do just fine ( even better )without her interference.
I don't know any successful relationships that start off with lies. Good luck you two, you will be needing it.
I think it is great. They both took a little time to mature and realize they love each other and it is not just for the sake of the child that they are staying together. Too often parents stay together for that reason and it is not a good thing.
WHO photoshopped bristol palin....she is unrecognizable....and poor tripp....why do you need to alter a toddlers face??
i mean, i think the whole family is confusing ( if not VERY weird) but bristol is a nice looking young lady....why make her look like a badly operated 40 year old??
anyways: no fan of them, and don't think it will last, but if it does... wonderful for them!

Good for them. I was in a similar situation at their age (without the tabloids) and we eventually got married because we wanted to... Not for the baby and didn't care what anyone else thought.
Celebrating 18 happy years this fall. A rocky start doesn't mean it won't ever work, it just takes time to get the kinks ironed out.

Now Bristol knows how to make money by using her fame, she doesn't let her mother control her no more. Good for Bristol and Levi to live their own life and make their own money.

WOW, what a mericle, who could have thought that they were going to come back togother. What a beautiful family ,if they can make it work than there is hope for people. Their son is so cute.
Please, he wants to be back in the spotlight again, nothing more, nothing less,so what better way than to get engaged and create drama. We all know the media loves drama and so it puts him right back in the public eye. He is a snake, pure and simple,what a joke.
