Liberty Ross got frisky with a mystery man at the Vogue and MAC Cosmetics dinner last night. The model and her date got hot and heavy in the backseat of their car on the way home from Hollywood's Chateau Marmont as a friend awkwardly looked on.

The brunette beauty donned a plunging, black tuxedo dress, while her male companion wore a matching two-piece black suit. Women half her age (cough, cough Kristen Stewart) couldn't rock that outfit!

The leggy brunette filed for divorce from husband director Rupert Sanders in late January, after he was caught (and later admitted to) kissing his Snow White and the Huntsman star Kristen Stewart last July. The couple wed in 2002 and have two children together.

By the looks of these photos, she's doing just fine.

Liberty Ross dined at Spago last night with several friends, and not only did she look smokin' hot, but she looked genuinely happy.

After her ex-hubby Rupert Sanders was caught cheating with Kristen Stewart last year after working together on Snow White and the Huntsman, 34-year-old Liberty moved on with 60-year-old music mogul Jimmy Iovine, who she's been dating since January.

While Liberty smiled sweetly for photographers, she wasn't in the mood to chat, especially when asked if she wanted to wish Kristen a happy birthday, as she turned 23 yesterday.

She must be getting a head start on her summer fitness!

The 34-year-old English model seemed to be in better spirits since her divorce from Rupert Sanders after his affair with Twilight star Kristen Stewart.

Just five days after filing for divorce from husband Rupert Sanders, Liberty Ross was spotted out in Los Angeles on Tuesday with a huge new sparkler on her left hand. She certainly wasted no time getting rid of her wedding band and engagement ring!

Ross cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the couple's split and she's seeking spousal support and attorney fees, while Sanders is seeking joint custody of their children Tennyson and Skyla. Last spring the news broke that Sanders, who directed Snow White and the Huntsman, had an affair with Stewart, which reportedly began when they were promoting the film.

Liberty Ross has decided to call it quits as she has officially filed for divorce from her husband Rupert Sanders.

The 34-year-old actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split after 10 years of marriage in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday. According to court documents, she's also seeking spousal support and attorney fees while Sanders is seeking joint custody of their kids Tennyson and Skyla.

The news comes months after the Snow White and the Huntsman director's highly publicized affair with the film's star, Kristen Stewart. Stewart has since reconciled with boyfriend Robert Pattinson after the fling.

She might be hungry, but Liberty Ross actually looks happy here! Maybe she really is reconciling with her adulterous hubby Rupert Sanders? Or does she just want him to know that she's fine without him?

On Monday the British model was snapped picked up her son Tennyson after school, and she still isn't wearing her wedding ring, but she was sporting a large diamond on her middle finger. Last month it was reported that Liberty and former flame Christopher Taylor were rekindling their romance, so it's not likely that she's forgiven Sanders for cheating on her with Kristen Stewart, but he's reportedly been begging her to take him back since the scandal broke.

"I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family," the Snow White and the Huntsman director said in a statement when the news broke. "My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together."
