Linda Hogan was arrested in Malibu Thursday morning for driving under the influence.

Hulk Hogan's 53-year-old ex, whose real name is Linda Bollea, was taken into custody at 1:34am after blowing a blood alcohol level of .084, according to the Lost Hills Sheriff's Department.

Raymond Rafool, Hogan's lawyer, released the following statement:

“She regrets it. She’s a mom, so she’s embarrassed about it. She’s just thankful it wasn’t worse and thankful nobody got hurt. The police were all very nice. It wasn’t a scene at all. It was anticlimactic.”

Rafool adds that his client had only two glasses of champagne before heading home to her Simi Valley residence.

Hogan, who was initially pulled over for speeding, has been released on $5,000 bail.

Looks like Linda Hogan won't be jumping the broom anytime soon.

According to her Facebook page, Hulk Hogan's ex-wife, 52, has called off her engagement to fiance Charley Hill, 23, and have officially ended their relationship.

"Ok... My status has changed. I am now single," Hogan posted. "After the great therapy we had together and time to think and concentrate on who we are and who we want to be, Charley and I decided that we should each travel through life in different directions."

The couple made an appearance on VH1's Couples Therapy to talk through their problems but to no avail.

"Thank you all for always being so supportive of our relationship and choices," she added. "I hope that you all understand and are not be too terribly disappointed. Love you!"

Maybe it's a good thing that Linda doesn't wed a guy almost 30 years her junior!

Hulk Hogan called into the Bubba the Love Sponge Show radio program Tuesday morning to respond to comments that his ex-wife, Linda Hogan, 52, made on The Today Show the same day.

Linda claimed Hulk used steroids and physically abused her during their 25-year marriage. Hulk said on the show:

"The stuff she said about me is a total, blatant lie. I never laid a hand on her. … She’s still riding on the Hulk Hogan name."

On Today to promote her autobiography Wrestling the Hulk - My Life against the Ropes, Linda said, "I was afraid he would kill me in a drug rage."

Linda told Matt Lauer that on one occasion Hulk pinned her to their bed with his hands around her throat. "I did not want to end up a statistic, like Nicole Simpson," Linda said, referring to OJ Simpson's wife. Linda filed for divorce in 2007.

She describes the world of wrestling and steroids as she knew it:

"'Wrestlers had a reason to do every kind of drug and narcotic around and help numb them from the pain of what they were doing ... a lot of them did take steroids ... I was quiet and afraid to say anything. Had I said something the carpet would have been pulled from under his career. But it was scary. I did not know how far he would go."

Since splitting with Hulk, Linda has been dating a man 30 years her junior, who was a friend of her children -- Brooke and Nick. The Hogan family was depicted on the reality show Hogan Knows Best from 2005 to 2007.

Hulk, 57, is a 12-time world champion wrestler from the WWF. He also told Bubba that while he and Linda were married, his then-wife would constantly threaten that she would leave him for a younger man.

Last night Brooke Linda Hogan and her much younger boyfriend Charlie Hill attended the book launch party for Sexy Slang's Bedroom Challenges at XIV in West Hollywood, and Hulk's ex-wife didn't seem to mind photogs snapping away at her very age inappropriate outfit.

Linda Hogan is apparently looking to walk down the aisle again, to a man who is just one year older than her daughter Brooke.

Linda and Charlie Hill, who is 29 YEARS YOUNGER than his 50-year-old cougar, are going to make it official after two years of dating, says the National Enquirer.

Charlie and Brooke first met in school -- she was one year ahead of him. Now, he's set to become her step-daddy.
