More work-related trouble for Lindsay Lohan!

After the 23-year-old starlet tried to make off with $15,000 worth of goodies at Kitson last week, it looks like the high end retailer has Lindsay on their naughty list, as they seem to be hinting at pulling her overpriced leggings from the store!

A rep for Kitson told Fox's Poptarts:

“We're actually really offended. The tables have turned and now we're the customer. We spent $50,000 on her leggings line, but she hasn't come to the store in three years, and she didn't even do a personal appearance. She should have brought cookies for the staff to thank them for selling her leggings because she does nothing. We don't know if we'll continue to carry them.”

Burn! I'm sure Lindsay could find other ways to hawk her product, but that's a huge slap in the face! These days it seems like nobody wants anything to do with her...so what can she do to change that? And how long will it take her to earn back the respect she once had in this town?

And no, professional party girl doesn't count!

After we heard reports that Lindsay's Ungaro job is on the line, and following the whole misunderstanding about her supposed gig with Bebe the other day, it looks like Lindsay Lohan could use a little career advice!

I know she's supposed to start filming The Other Side soon, but what's she got going on after that? Other actresses her age (for example, Amanda Seyfried and Megan Fox) have 3 or 4 different pre-production projects attached to their names, so you have to wonder how bad Lilo really wants that Oscar...

After another night out at the clubs, Lindsay Lohan stopped at a drive-thru to pick up some fast food before returning home at 2:30am.

Lilo spent the night at Voyeur, where she joined Orlando Bloom at the club until closing. Lindsay left in a different car than the one she arrived in, but made the driver stop at a fast food place before heading home.

Someone's got the munchies!

Uh oh! Though Lindsay Lohan and a small handful of people were excited when she was named artistic advisor at Ungaro, it doesn't look like the feeling is mutual!

As you remember, as soon as Lindsay joined the company, head designer Esteban Cortazar quit, and after the disastrous boobie-baring debut of the line in Paris this October, the company received a lot of criticism. Ungaro himself even talked smack about Lindsay's collection, saying, "I am furious, but I can't do anything about it," adding that the fashion house "is in the process of losing its soul."

So what now? Ungaro's chairman, Asim Abdullah, is reportedly in a huge fight with CEO Mounir Moufarrige over Lohan's future role at the company, reports Page Six. A fashion insider who has reportedly seen emails exchanged between the two execs says, "Asim wants her out now. Department stores in the States have already told him they won't be picking up the line if Lohan remains a collaborator, so it's a serious issue."

However, the insider says that the main source of conflict is the CEO's desire to keep Lindsay on board. "Mounir wants to keep her on because it was his idea to hire her in the first place. He's trying to save face." Of the battle between the execs, a rep for Abdullah said, "Such an insinuation is totally absurd."

Lindsay's multi-year contract is said to be worth seven figures, so for her sake, we're hoping this is all a huge misunderstanding! After all, where else is she getting her money from?

Sadly, we're not making this up!

After attending a court ordered alcohol education class at Right On Programs in Glendale, we spotted Lindsay Lohan at Boulevard 3, Chateau Marmont and finally the Tea Room. And no, people don't drink tea here, it's one of the hottest Wednesday night spots in Hollywood.

After leaving at 2:30AM, Lindsay and her entourage stopped their car in the middle of the road, causing a bit of a traffic jam. Only in LA...

Even though Lindsay Lohan looked less than thrilled when we caught up with her at Right On Programs yesterday afternoon, at least she's doing something to help herself! But if it wasn't court ordered and the world wasn't watching, would she be as committed about attending the classes? Hmm...

Lindsay Lohan is stretching into writer/director/producer territory (or so she says on Twitter) but she totally made us chuckle when we caught her at Best Buy last night. And no, it wasn't because of all the crazy faces she was making!

Lindsay rushed into the store with her assistant, and on the way out photographers asked her what her plans were, to which she responded, "I'm going to Club Bed." Aww, this is the second semi-funny joke we've heard her make in the past week...we can't wait for the next one! But did she reeeeally stay in last night? Or did she go to Club Bathroom?

Nope, she went to the Wendy's drive through! What a good girl!

Well, that's what she tweeted last night, and since it's on her Twitter page, it MUST be true! Linds wrote:

"i wrote/created a show that i just need to get someone else to take on the full season writing for-that i think i sold today! proudcing is another passion of mine, as well as directing/writing."

It's no secret that Lindsay has been taking on other business ventures (self tanner, leggings and numerous gigs in the fashion world), but after the debacle the other day where she misspoke about her jewelry line with Bebe, we think maybe she should keep her mouth shut about biz deals until they're official!

After telling Access Hollywood last week that she was working on a new jewelry line with Bebe and Pascal Mouawad, the designer himself has totally shot down the report!

Though Mouawad acknowledged that discussions about a possible jewelry line with Linds did take place, he told Women's Wear Daily via e-mail, “This is not happening."

Last Thursday at Mouawad's Nu Pop Movement launch party Lindsay told Access, "Pascal and I are actually working together, we’re doing something with a friend who owns Bebe. We’re doing a collection for them and we’re also going to be doing some other things.”

Oops! Maybe she should do a little more fact checking first?

Lindsay Lohan stopped by the launch of jewelry designer Pascal Mouawad and Jermaine Dupri’s new watch line NuPop at Kitson in West Hollywood last week, and Fox's Poptarts reports that Lilo tried to make off with $15,000 worth of goodies!

Lindsay was reportedly being paid for her appearance, and even though Mouawad offered her $500 worth of swag from the store, Lindsay wasn't satisfied and she demanded more, so the amount was upped to $1000. Lindsay then went bananas inside the store (see video below!), grabbing everything in sight as fast as she could. At the end of it all, Lindsay had $15,000 worth of goodies, and when told she had exceeded her limit quite significantly, Lohan said, “Pascal [will] take care of it because I’m the only celebrity here.”

An insider tells Fox, “Pascal said no, so she went and started talking smack about him to Jermaine Dupri who doesn’t even know her. He was totally bewildered and couldn’t believe it. Eventually Pascal said she could have $2000 to spend but that was the absolutely limit.”

Lindsay then tried to bargain with a Kitson staffer who was helping her, offering to “come in the next day and carry bags out so the paps could take shots.” Oh Lindsay, how desperate ARE you?!

The source continued, “The owner [Fraser Ross] couldn’t be reached so they told Lindsay just to take the $2000 worth and come in the next day and speak with him about the rest." Lindsay’s friend then got involved in the drama, saying that it was the least Kitson could do, seeing as Linds has been such a loyal customer over the years. However, Ross couldn’t be reached and Linds was informed that she couldn't have all of the merchandise, so she stomped off and announced that she would return the following day for the rest.

After the premiere and official afterparty, the New Moon stars and their pals headed over to Teddy's for more fun, but they weren't the only ones! Lindsay Lohan and her entourage rolled over to the Roosevelt around 12:30AM, and surprise surprise, her former flame Samantha Ronson was there too!

Rather than having a romantic evening that ended with a snuggly sleepover, it looks like Lindsay was insanely jealous that Samantha was hanging out with actor Kellan Lutz! Shortly after Lindsay arrived at the club, we spotted Sam giving Kellan a bear hug outside of the Roosevelt, and right after that Lindsay tweeted:

"Too bad I can catch someone in a lie when I heart voyeur ... s is with kellun hahahahahahaha ... so much for s not being "public" guess fame is better with premiere kids."

Uhh, jealous much Linds? And isn't going out to the clubs part of Sam's job? It's not like she's doing it to piss you off!

Lindsay and her pals left Teddy's around 3:30AM, at which point she checked in to the Beverly Hills Hotel. No word on whether or not she was hanging out in the bathroom...

Seriously, it seems like every time we photograph Lindsay Lohan she's either spending money or partying her skinny little butt off!

Yesterday the bathroom princess was spotted at the bank and later at a jewelry store, and surprisingly she didn't act too pissy with the paps - we even got a bit of a smile from her! Maybe everything is going to be okay after all?

This is getting ridic. LiLo needs to stay in, eat a healthy meal and fall asleep while watching Freaky Friday. Just look at her face! How old does she look at this point?

Hollywood's hardest partying "starlet" had a busy Saturday - she hit up two house parties and stopped by Voyeur. At least she's being driven around, right?

While LiLo unsuccessfully tried to prove our story wrong (about partying in bathrooms this past Thursday night), apparently she doesn't read the New York Post! Because they just published a false story she isn't bothering to correct...

The Post claims Lindsay Lohan stormed out of Brittny Gastineau's b-day party at Crown Bar this past Wednesday night after being confronted by ex Courtenay Semel, who begged Linds to go to rehab.

First of all, the incident at Crown Bar happened the previous Friday, November 6th, not this past Wednesday. We should know - X17online.com got the pix!

But while Linds might've left in tears, our inside source assures us that this so-called confrontation never occurred:

"I never saw any type of interaction and/or confrontation between the two. Isn't it weird that this is the first time we have read about this, over a week later after it supposedly happened? I didn't see them speak at all actually. And there are any number of reasons Lindsay left looking a little upset."

See Lindsay, we're not out to make you look bad, we're just reporting the truth!

After the horrible reviews she garnered for her last fashionable effort with Ungaro, including a smackdown from the designer himself, Lindsay's ready to try her hand at designing again, this time collaborating with jeweler Pascal Mouawad for a new collection for Bebe.

"Pascal and I are actually working together, we’re doing something with a friend who owns Bebe,” the starlet told Access Hollywood at Pascal’s Nu Pop Movement launch party Thursday night. “We’re doing a collection for them and we’re also going to be doing some other things.”

To be fair, Lindsay was just an "artistic advisor" for Ungaro, with Estrella Archs doing the actual designing. Lilo's own leggings collection, 6126, has been quite successful. So this new endeavor might not be as unfashionable as it may seem! But with everything going on in her life right now, isn't it time she stopped and took a breath before jumping into something new?

Lindsay Lohan tweeted last night that the photos we posted of her in the bathroom of the house party Thursday night Friday morning, weren't, in fact, her.

But we think the evidence speaks for itself! Not only does the girl in the bathroom look just like Lindsay, she's also wearing Lilo's cream colored shirt and chunky bracelets. Check out the vid below and tell us -- Is that Lindsay Lohan or not?

But how long will their rekindled friendship continue?

As we told you before, the duo partied with Brandon Davis and Stavros Niarchos last night at a Hollywood Hills house party, and while it looks like everyone had a grrrrreat time, these ladies do have a bit of a rocky history!

In case you've forgotten how it all started, Brandon Davis was out and about with Paris and he decided to spark the Firecrotch incident after a night at the clubs. Then Lindsay got pissy with Paris (not once, but twice!) and THEN the girls kissed and made up and partied with Britney Spears. Maybe we'll see another reunion when Britney gets back from lip synching touring in Australia? We can only dream!

Soo...will we see more of Paris and Lindsay out and about this weekend? And more importantly, will Paris be a positive influence on Linds? Or will the 23-year-old starlet keep on pulling all nighters and partying in the bathroom with a bunch of boys?
