Did Linsday Dump Riley for Stavros?

Eonline is reporting that Lindsay broke-up with rehabbin' Riley Giles the Sunday after Thanksgiving, just a few days before we saw Lindz hooking up with frequent fling Stavros! Did she dump Giles because she "got tired of him pouting all the time," as E claims? Or did she finally see her chance with Stavros (now that Paris has moved on) and decided to take it?
Mary-Kate, Paris and Lindsay have all had a hard time letting go of Stavros...is he really all that?
