Dina Back in Court?

Poor Dina can't seem to catch a break. First, her husband demanded she take a drug and alcohol test before being able to see their youngest children (he thankfully dropped the request), and now, according to the NY Post, she's being sued for a fraud by a man who claims she and Lindsay ran out on $400,000 loan to be used to start Lindsay's reccording career. (She eventually got signed to a label and skipped out on the sessions that were previously arranged for her). Poor Dina. And going through all this while her oldest is going through all that!
Lindsay's folks sure are keeping the tabs busy while she's away!
