Ex-Lindsay BFF Patrick To Tell All

Even though they were just together in St. Barth days ago, it seems that the war between Lindsay and her former BFF Patrick Aufdenkamp is escalating.
After accusing Patrick of stealing her 6126 sketches (which, insiders tell us, were Patrick's to begin with), Patrick tweeted this just a few hours ago:
Considering the amount of time these two spent together over the last several year, we can only imagine "Everything!" is a mound of dirt!
Is the rift between Lindsay and her best friend since she was 16 too big to repair? Or will Lindz try to do some damage control before Patrick outs all her secrets?
