Has Lindsay Gone Off The Deep End?

A person claiming to be a "friend" of Samantha Ronson's e-mailed us with screencaps of what he alleged was the private twitter page of Lindsay Lohan.
The SamRon friend told X17online (via e-mail):
- "In the early hours of saturday morning Lindsay was having a complete meltdown on twitter, personally I think she had been drinking way to much or taking some kind of drugs and these disturbing status's and message I am about to show you just about prove that. as you would have know she was out until 4:30 AM
I am a friend of samantha's and would like these messages to get out to the public so maybe Lindsay can get more help because something is not right, I know for a fact she is out of control again and have even seen it myself recently.
She was updating her twitter from 4am until 8am and later in the day, when Samantha returned home and maybe Lindsay has sobered up, she deleted the message's from her twitter and her updates went from 75 to 65 but i managed to screencap some of the crazy one's before she did and they are here:"
The messages, posted from the account "sevinnyne" range from crazy to incoherent. We have no idea if this is Lindsay's actual Twitter account (the screengrabs show a background different from today's sevinnyne background), but if so, Lindsay needs some serious help.
Do you think that's really her?

How could anyone possibly believe entirely on this whole shit? Someone who claimed to be samantha's friend managed to screencap the entries that supposedly Lilo have entered and then conveniently...got deleted before anyone got to view it except for this so-called 'friend'. And as a 'friend' of Lilo's GF, wouldn't this 'friend' opt to offer some kind of 'help' in other ways instead of putting this on web? Sounds more like a fiend to me.

To those of you saying this is fake, I have twitter and I know I can't prove it too you but I am 100% certain this is Lindsays real account. Mainly because there is only 1 Samantha Ronson on Twitter (So I'm convince she is real) Therefor logically everyone on Sams list is real (i.e. this account)

Also, the cops showed up at Samantha's house because the neighbors got sick of the horde of stalkarizze on the street. As soon as the cops arrived they started giving out tickets.
