How Long Have Lindsay And Sam Been Together?

We started spotting the couple in the early stages of their new relationship back in mid-Feb. 2008, so it's been roughly a year, but what about just before then?
In early January, LiLo was still hanging around Courtenay Semel...
By late January, it was Evan Ross (and Adrian Grenier)...
And by early February, we caught Lindsay Lohan hanging out with, yes, that's David Spade! I know. Talk about a busy month for the slender starlet!
