I read that early 2008 was when they went exclusive, and that before then Lindsay used various people as cover, most notably Riley was her cover to spend Thanksgiving with Sam in NY. In an interview Sam did a while ago, she said her and Lindsay had been together on and off for "a long time" but exclusive for months (at the time). There were reports on 7/11 that a little over a week before that Samantha had texted Lindsay a happy 4 months anniversary message...so no, Jan shouldn't be their one year. I'm guessing happy 1 year is coming up soon.
