Lindsay Lohan was set to enroll in rehab today at the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, New York, but apparently the 26-year-old actress changed her mind at the last minute and decided to fly to California on a private jet.

The Seafield Center doesn't allow patients to smoke at their facility, so according to TMZ, Lohan has elected to complete her court-mandated 90-day rehab sentence at Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach. However, the site reports that Lohan has violated the terms of her plea deal by not enrolling in a rehab center approved by prosecutors, and the judge could issue a bench warrant and reinstate Lohan's 90-day jail sentence ... YIKES!

Lohan's attorney Mark Heller just arrived at the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles for her hearing, so we'll find out shortly whether Lilo will get to enroll at Morningside or be thrown behind bars.

Lindsay Lohan is busy packing for her court-ordered rehab stay, and the troubled starlet is making sure she's the most stylish patient!

"90 days and 270 looks," she captioned the above snapshot, which shows her sitting on the floor of her apartment surrounded by clothes, luggage, and shopping bags.

The Herbie: Fully Loaded star has been getting tons of support from her followers, and she recently revealed on The Late Show with David Letterman that she's got high hopes for her recovery.

"I think this is an opportunity for me to focus on what I love in life. And I don't think it's a bad thing. I think it's a blessing," she told the talk show host.

Back in March, the rehabbed redhead pleaded no contest to lying to police and reckless driving following her June 2012 car crash in Santa Monica. She was sentenced to 90 days in a lockdown rehab facility, but where she plans on staying has yet to be revealed.

Lindsay Lohan is lending her star power to her brother Michael's new karaoke app, and the rehabbed redhead stands to make a pretty penny if it turns out to be a success!

The app, called Just Sing It, was developed by Michael and co-founder Alec Andronikov and is marketed as "like Instagram for your voice." Lilo has been using Twitter as a way to recruit more users, often challenging them to play against her. She even tweeted a pic of herself playing recently with the caption," Who's up for a @justsingit challenge?!"

"People must be asking, 'Why is she playing [the app], why is she endorsing this product?' She knows I am an owner and was a lot more willing to participate in a heartfelt way," Michael told the New York Post.

Apparently, the app has been downloaded 100,000 times since it launched less than a month ago and a million songs have been shared on it!

The younger Lohan might want to line up a new spokesperson because his famous sister is headed off to rehab soon!

Yesterday, Lindsay Lohan hid behind some dark shades and a hoodie as she made her way through LAX with her brother Cody.

The much maligned actress/party girl recently came back from Coachella where she enjoyed the music festival without partaking in any alcohol or drugs, even turning in early both nights.

Seeing as how this is right before she heads off to rehab, it does make sense!

Fresh from a fun weekend at Coachella, Lindsay Lohan and a gal pal went shopping at Satine in Venice on Tuesday afternoon, and the 26-year-old starlet showed off several massive bruises on her legs. Ouch! How did she get those?!

When Lindsay ran into reporters and videographers in Malibu earlier in the day she denied drinking at the music festival, so that rules out a few drunken tumbles -- maybe she's just incredibly clumsy? She certainly didn't seem shy about showing some skin when we snapped her picture, so she clearly doesn't care who sees her beaten up thighs!

And here's something else that's interesting -- Satine is less than three blocks down from Kamofie and Company, where Lilo famously stole a $2,500 necklace back in January of 2011.

Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen posed for photos at the Los Angeles premiere of Scary Movie 5 on Thursday night, and even though he made a few less-than-flattering comments about her on The Tonight Show, it looks like Lilo didn't mind at all. Either that or she's a really good actress!

Then again, Charlie has done her quite a few favors over the last year -- not only did he give Lilo money to pay off her taxes, but he hooked her up with a hilarious guest role on Anger Management and we're willing to bet he's given her some life advice too. Charlie definitely knows a thing or two about making a comeback!

The 26-year-old starlet arrived at the premiere 30 minutes after the red carpet was scheduled to close down, but Charlie must have known she was running late, because after she posed for some solo pictures, he joined her for a few snapshots. Charlie smooched Lilo on the cheek and pretended to grope her, but after getting grilled by David Letterman on Tuesday, we're thinking she can handle pretty much anything these days.

In other news, Lilo has been tweeting about Coachella, so if she didn't leave for Indio after the premiere last night, we're guessing she's already on the road this morning. Think she can stay out of trouble at the music festival? Once she gets back she has about two weeks to prepare to present a judge with a 90-day rehab plan and proof of enrollment at a facility.

She's bound to be pissed!

Charlie Sheen appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno yesterday, and the Hollywood bad boy dished all about the rumors his Scary Movie 5 co-star was a nightmare on-set during a recent guest appearance on his show Anger Management.

Lilo reportedly held up production and stole jewelry from the set, but Charlie said that wasn't true exactly...

"Day one was fabulous. She was on time, she knew her lines, hit every mark, made us look off our game... And then we had to deal with day two," he told the talk show host.

So what happened day two exactly? According to the actor, the rehabbed redhead showed up two hours late, claiming she was suffering from an earache.

"It was as though she had us held hostage because she gave us half a show. She was really not feeling well. We just worked around it. She was late, what can I say? But when she got there, she was prepared. With an excuse," he explained.

And the rumors about her sticky fingers with a bracelet from the wardrobe department?

"She borrowed some stuff and was told she had to pay for it and they would take it out of her check, and she said fine. That's all it was," he added.

Mr. Sheen should have thought twice about commenting on the situation, considering he has to see her tonight at the Scary Movie 5 premiere in L.A.
