She's also a lady who smokes! Lindsay puffed away while waiting for her food on the patio of West Hollywood eaterie Orso's yesterday. She seemed unfazed by the crowd of paps trying to get a glimpse of the rehabbed starlet (welcome back to LA, Linds!), but her bodyguard was a little more, uh, fazed, when he didn't have a clear path to the car when he exited. It's not easy being Lilo!

Orso is a mediocre restaurant. I'll never get why stars like Orso and Il Sole -- they have no taste, they just like paying to pay. But at least Linds looks more sophisticated sans Riley!
