Nothing illegal but her appearance and behavior along with the issuance of a warrant (even if issued
because of some misunderstanding) will have a very negative effect on her career in acting, modeling
and business. This is unfortunate and will take a long time to overcome but it can be done.
Lindsay’s temper and unpredictable behavior are inherited from her father Michael Lohan. As a matter of fact early 2005 he was making malicious and false statements about his wife and Lindsay(just like he makes malicious statements about Samantha). The media was advised to refrain from repeating
or publishing his ranting, by attorneys. He can point the finger all he wants at Samantha but she is not

I do not believe Lindsay will go to jail let alone prison. I do hope this will be a huge wake-up call for this

I'm 22 as well and sometimes I do end up so trashed that I don't remember how I ended up there, I tried drugs a few times as ( almost ) every young adult... And a few times, I drove back home after a party and while I wasn't smashed, I could have gotten a DUI very easily, I was just lucky enough to never encounter the police. So what I'm trying to say is that she's just an almost average 22yo, who enjoys life. Sometimes she makes mistakes, sometimes she's irresponsible but aren't we all at some point? The only thing that seperate her from people like me is that she's being constantly watched so every mistake she makes is broadcasted throughout the world and thrown back to her face while I can continue with my life and forgot about it.( and of course, she's way richer than me lol )

Pauline you have no idea of what you are talking about when you ask how it is that i can know that lindsay has been posting on here. I do know her and i know that she posts on here. I know her writing style and am well aware of certain things that she always includes in her posts. I will not reveal who i am because then she will know. What i will say is that you are right about how she does take what is said on here and elsewhere really hard. The reason why i and many other people are going after her so hard is because ultimately we do want her to get well, but she will not until she faces the reality that she is an addict. She needs a serious intervention not these faux rehab trips that were only for publicity to help her get work. People have tried to get through to her, but she does not listen. Only if she is locked behind bars then she will be forced to confront who she is and what she has become. There she will be all alone and she will not be able to self-medicate as she has been doing for a while now. If the judge really wants to help her then he should throw the book at her and in doing that he will be forcing her to finally change for the better.
