However you wanna dissect her exact words, Lindsay Lohan basically confirmed her romantic relationship with Samantha Ronson last week, and now The Sun reports that the actress slash singer's latest album, "Spirit In The Dark," will be dedicated to her lover.
A source says that "Sam has had a huge influence on the record. The artwork was finalized before Lindsay had gone public with the relationship, so she concealed the tribute. Now it will name Samantha directly."
How sweet! Or is LiLo just using all this attention to promote her music?
