Lindsay To Take Out Restraining Order Against Her Father?!

Yesterday Lindsay and Sam went shopping at American Rag Cie (where Lindsay dropped some serious dough...$1,318.49 to be exact!), then headed to Chateau Marmont, and finally went to Il Cielo later in the evening.
Every time photogs asked Lindsay about her father Michael and their relationship, she declined to comment. Hmm, could it have something to do with the fact that she's taking legal action against him? According to a source for Page Six, Linds is taking out a restraining order against her father because she is "terrified he'll do something to her." Additionally, Page Six reports that Lindsay's little sis Ali "already has an order of protection against him, as does [mom] Dina."
We knew things were bad when Michael blasted Samantha, calling her "dark, hideous" and "disgusting," but when he issued an ultimatum to his daughter, telling her to show up to her grandfather's final memorial service "or else," we knew things were taking a turn for the worse. In response to her father's recent statements, Lindsay wrote to Page Six the other day, describing her father as "dangerous" and "scary," and adding that he "obviously needs to be on medication to control his moods."
Since Lindsay has made it clear she's scared of her father, think there's any chance she'll head to New York this weekend for the scattering of her grandfather's ashes?

I think they like all the attention. They seem to "act" for the camera in every shot. It must be nice to have a friend like Lindsey, who takes you shopping and pays for everything. Of course, this "Sam" isn't going to walk away from a gold mine like that.
