Lindsay Lohan attended FEARnet's 2nd Anniversary Party at the Cellar Bar at the Bryant Park Hotel in NYC last night, and the petite actress looked absolutely flawless. Her hair looks gorge, her makeup is perfect and the outfit - well, it looks like little miss Lohan spent some time in front of the mirror before she left the house. Nice work!
