TLC's pitbull law firm has unveiled its wishlist of Gosselin hangers-on to be grilled in the network's breach-of-contract suit against the octodad, and in a surprise to no one, both Glassman and Lohan are tops on their wish list.

In case you had any doubt that Jon Gosselin was thinking of moving on to greener ($$$$) pastures, take a look at this photo of Jonnie boy with Lindsay Lohan's dad, Michael -- wheeling and dealing for a new reality show.

As we first reported, Jon was talking to producers about a new show featuring celebrity divorced dads. Look at the picture -- featuring Lohan's fiancee holding a paper with the title "Divorced Dads Club." Also in the pic -- Mike Heller (sunglasses -- he manages Lindsay). The guy in the black T-shirt behind Jon is Charlie Walk from Endemol -- the production company that is developing the project. We don't know who the dude on the right is.

A rep from Endemol tells us Jon came to them but it was established he couldn't do the show because of his commitment to TLC and "Jon & Kate Plus 8." Endemol says the show is still a go despite Jon's absence.

'Divorced Dad's Club' producers deny being in talks with Jon Gosselin

Jon Gosselin may soon be a divorced dad, but he apparently isn't in the club just yet.

Endemol has denied a TMZ report that the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star is in talks to appear in a new tentatively-titled Divorced Dad's Club reality series it is developing, Access Hollywood reported Wednesday.

"No, we are not in talks with him as he is under contract with TLC," a rep for the reality TV production company told Access Hollywood. "But, our show is currently in development although casting is not finalized yet."

Divorced Dad's Club will follow the lives of famous divorced fathers.

While Endemol disputed TMZ's report that Gosselin was in discussion to appear on the reality show, the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star did contact the production company to inquire about the project, according to Access Hollywood.

Gosselin -- whose estranged wife Kate filed for divorce in June -- stated earlier this month that he'll continue to do TLC's Jon & Kate Plus 8 "until something better comes along."

TMZ's report came after rumors that Gosselin was considering doing a new reality show with Michael Lohan, the estranged father of troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, had surfaced several weeks ago. Gosselin had said he was "not allowed to discuss" the project when asked about it in an early August interview with In Touch Weekly.

Jon Gosselin is looking to expand his reality TV horizons with a new show detailing the lives of divorced dads.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Michael Lohan revealed that Jon is pursuing a new reality show to be called The Divorced Dads Club. According to Lohan, the father-of-eight is fed up with his contract at TLC, the network behind Jon & Kate Plus 8.

“There’s bad blood there. If your show was making the network $130 something million and they paid you the pittance they paid you and restricted you from doing so many different things, how would you feel?” Lohan asked.

Lohan said The Divorced Dads Club is now in development at Endemol, the production company behind Big Brother, Deal or No Deal and numerous other game and reality shows.

“We’re just waiting now to find out if it can all work out,” Lohan said. “If TLC picks up the show, there’s no problem with Jon’s contract, so we’ll see.”

Lohan, who confirmed he also plans to be part of The Divorced Dad’s Club, said the show’s premise has Hollywood knocking.

“I know they’re reaching out to Dennis Rodman. I know Jose Canseco has already said yes, he wants to be part of the show that bad. There are even some divorced celebrities who are not dads who want to do the show.”

TLC had “no comment” on the situation.

Okay, I have a few questions.

In 2006, Lohan Groupies said Mike Heller was Lindsay’s lawyer and the owner of a marketing-club promotion firm. In 2009, TMZ said Mike Heller was Lindsay manager. Which one is correct. Is he her lawyer or manager or both? Why would Lindsay use the same lawyer (or manager) as her father? Her father wants to be cast on a proposed reality show, The Divorced Dad’s Club. It seem reasonable to expect the cast members would actually be involved with their children. If Lindsay has had virtually nothing to do with her father for years, how did he hope to be cast?

These tapes have made me more jaded.

American Media Inc. owns the National Enquirer, Radar Online.com and other media outlets. The National Enquirer pays sources. I assume Radar Online does too. Although I may be wrong. Michael and Dina have a history of saying horrible things about each other in the press. But this time, Michael seems really concerned about protecting his reputation and appearing like a hero (I laughed writing that). This entire affair is disgusting. DiLo was introduced by the CEO of LoveMyShoes.com: “After 30 years, this is one of the most important days in the company’s history,” he announced, which makes you wonder about the history of this company. LoveMyShoes.com is trying to head in a more sophisticated direction, he explained, so who better to head this mission than Mrs. Lohan?

But Lindsay, 23, is hardly on board with such a proposition. The source says Lindsay is instead working to gain greater control of her name and image, copyrighting everything possible to block her father, and to make sure no one can repeat what mom Dina did with her "Shoe Han" shoe line.
