AFAIK her lawyer accepted all the conditions of the supervised until November 1st which is when her 90 days in rehab would have ended.

If she complies she is getting off the formal probation 10 months early and only HAS to stay sober without there being legal consequences until November 1st

Again a busy day for her (probation office and medical building). well, looks like she keeps doing the right things now. If she stays focused, she will make a comeback.

Until November first is only supervised probation and does not mean the end of probation. It is not the same as unsupervised probation and that is almost certain to continue.

The Judge said if she stays sober & complies until November 1ST She can leave LA and is off supervised probation.
That basically means that she will no longer have a probation officer and won't have any more requirements to meet if she has finished her outpatient.
So she can go back to summary probation and fly were she wants,party etc
She may even get the 3 counts dismissed & her probation terminated cuz there will be nothing to monitor or enforce.

I love how the idiot enablers act like her not having the freedom to drink and drug is some sort of horrible thing that must be removed! Sure, go ahead and remove those roadblocks and see what happens.
