If Lindsay Lohan has a brain, she would sit home and not party when she know al of the paparazzi will be memorializing the event. You seem to forget that Lohan was in 3 rehab facilities in 2007, she starred in three straight box-office bombs, and is on probation for two more years for drunk driving, cocaine possession and carjacking.

Anyone with that much baggage would sit home and not be photographed clubbing.
