Even though Lindsay's attorney claims she had a "negative" alcohol reading after her SCRAM was set off, which resulted in her bail being upped to $200,000 and a warrant being issued for her arrest (it was quickly recalled), it doesn't seem like Lilo's SCRAM has slowed her down one bit -- and she may be putting herself in further danger.
Of course, she probably isn't drinking at all these clubs (or her attorney would be back in court faster than you could say Kombucha) but going out virtually every night, staying out until the wee hours, and allowing your friends to drive recklessly around town is not a good way to show regret for past actions.
PLUS, as any alcoholic will tell you, it's very dangerous to put yourself in situations (aka parties and clubs) where you might be tempted.
Course, Lindsay may actually be addicted to partying more than anything, so it could be completely unreasonable to expect her to stay at home!
But we just gotta ask -- how much longer before her SCRAM is set off again?

The reason why this matters is because if this bitch is somehow able to fool both the judge and the prosecutor into believing that she is clean then that means that she will get her license back. If that were to happen then people better watch out because she has a long history of being an awful driver. When lindsay lohan gets behind the wheel no human being, animal or tree is safe. Dustin hoffman's character in rainman was a better driver than lindsay lohan and he was autistic! Blood will literally be on the hands of whoever is dumb enough to allow this menace to get behind the wheel again. Hopefully the prosector will go after her with everything that she has got and lindsay lohan will end up going to jail for the last six months of the year. More lohan mayhem baby! The max sentence is 180 days and everyone knows that in LA that is never going to happen. You automatically get 50% off for good behavior. Typically, a woman non violent offender does 10 percent so for Lindsay that will be 18 days.
The judge can not put her in jail for more than 90 days and to do that she will have to do a Paris Hilton on her and deny her any release for any reason.
My bet is on the 18 days and anyone who thinks that is going to save or help her is crazy. She will come out, take a shower, eat a meal and go clubbing. There is no rehab or any help in jail and all the monsters in the back of her head will come to the front.
I think she should go to jail but I also think it will hurt her, make here worse, and since she will have her license back she might just kill someone.

There is absolutely no maturity evident in her. She is going to be 24 soon and she still acts like a teenager. Sure it's ok to party at that age, but not to go out every friggin' night, especially with all her legal problems due to her DUI and drug possession charge. I agree with the poster who said jail won't help her, she doesn't learn from her mistakes since she never takes responsibility for her life or her behaviour. I really wish the paparazzi would actually stop following her so she could disappear from the entertainment news. I think we'd all be happier then.
