Lindsay got a new tattoo on late last night on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood - and X17 was there to bring you the exclusive video! She was clearly showing off the new tat on the back of her neck to friends (including Pete Wentz & his crew) but then denied it when we asked her about it later! Lindsay certainly has a bad habit of doing things that she denies later...And what was she doing there with Pete Wentz? Is she trying to steal Ashlee's boyfriend now, too?
