Why are animals skinned alive, and WHY aren't their laws preventing this?

It's great to stand for something, but nobody has the right to force their beliefs on anybody else. If PETA did indeed do this, it's assault, and should be prosecuted as such. We all have the freedom to wear whatever we want to, speak what we believe in, and write those beliefs down, but when you shove your beliefs or "throw" those beliefs on another human being, you are now a criminal yourself...does that make any sense if your trying to further your cause?

A lot of fur on sale in the USA is from China, where there is no animal welfare laws at all and animals are skinned alive in the contry. Cat and Dogs are also killed for their fur and mis-label and sent to the USA as another animal.

So, you're saying, people should wear what they want, well i agree with you on that, but what about animals, shouldn't they also be allowed to live a life worth living, instead of only being born to deliver goods, such as fur or meat and so on? Where do you take the right from to put people into a higher position than other animals? Just because of the sick things our brains are able to create?
