So what if she went clubbing after court? It must've been a stressful day for her and she needed to relax. It's not the way I would choose to relax but that is what she knows. I don't see any crimes or breaches of probation committed so I say give the girl a break!
She does need to leave LA as soon as possible though to avoid Mansam. I dont think that'd be good for her right now.

10:29am Sam is no saint - she has treated Lindsay very poorly and used her for her own personal and professional benefits. Sam is a user, druggie, very homely, and has no talent. I can't understand why Linds would want to be with such a scrawny ugly vile woman that treats her so badly and her family treats Linds badly as well. If she does not love Linds, she should have just broken it off and moved on - but no she saw she could use her so Sam kept it going and all the while badmouthing Linds and treating her poorly and with disrespect. Sam is a weak person and a cruel person. A person with a heart does not treat another human being like that. Treating Linds like that will only exacerbate her problems and it was very wrong of Sam to do this for her own benefit. I hope that Linds and Sam stay broken up because Sam is a bitch and I hope Lindsay works on herself and gets over this very abusive relationship. I am rooting for Lindsay to overcome the obstacles in her life so she can meet a non-user and have a HAPPY relationship in the future.

Give the girl a break! Sure she needs to go away , rest, get help for an addictions she may have, but that does not justify the ugl comments directed at her each day. As ou MAY have noticed, the don't help. Neither does ML's public prostitution under the guise of "tring to help".

As for Mansam, I've said it before and I will again, she has cruelly wronged this troubled girl and no doubt, somewhere,somehow, will pa for it. Nothing wrong with her ending the relationship for whatever reason, but to use her sexually, for financial gain, while hiding behind her famil is just plain disgusting,despicable and weak. She knew of all LILO's problems when she seduced her as a mere teen and encouraged her to out herself to the detriment of her career. She's the worst loser I've come across in a long time!!

A curfew, suspension of license, and passport is what should have been done with Paris and it would fit Lindsey as well. The curfew should also limit the number of people allowed in the home during the curfew. The judge should also consider limiting travel to the city limits without prior permission.

Ground her and control her without incarceration, it is a very cheap way to make her comply. She should be prohibited from entering anyplace that serves alcohol except to eat. She should have been on drug tests all along.

The sheriff and probation manager should brief all their people that there is no room for negotiation on the curfew, any violation calls for immediate arrest.

7.48 why the lack of charity? Most young girls go through a phase where they believe thry're so in love with someone they'll die without them. They often find it difficult to break off the relationship even when it is no longer working. Then maturity happens and they learn how to move on. Poor Linds is at that phase of her life without family or true friends to help her through it ,that's all.
I really hope that with court's approval she gets at least one month away from LA and Mansam to heal.
