If Lindsay seriously finishes her program she will emerge the ultimate winner. Paris is just an oddity and doesn't have the talent to ensure longevity. If Lindsay truly understood what she was risking career and income-wise, and that the world won't wait for her to grow up, I think she'd step up and grow up. These people keep using their age as an excuse (I'm only 20/21!). What they don't mention is that they started partying at a much younger age than most people and they have lead supposed adult lives (own home, job, cars) much longer than the average person their age. So, really they should be straightening out by 20 or 21.

the bigger picture is that all of these people who drink, drug and drive will finally realize that the people have spoken through the hilton debacle. we don't have to say "when someone dies" because l.garrison did kill a teen. clubs get the message-don't serve underage or be held accountable. these so called celebs need to know that it's enough already. glad the hilton spectacle was on every tv and internet so that teens saw that this behavior is not acceptable, there are consequences. enough of the two tiered justice system already. rehab is not a get out of jail free card, there are many who desperately want and need rehab and can't afford it.
