Lindsay Goes To LAX - No, The One With The Planes

Usually, when people use the phrase "the bomb" to describe one of Lindsay Lohan's LAX excursions, they're referring to a particularly inspired performance in the DJ booth - but not always! When the newly-blonde bombshell showed up at the airport yesterday, she was dismayed to discover a host of security measures stemming from a bomb threat made against the airport hours earlier - mostly because the added time standing in line meant more opportunities for the paparazzi! But it appears that Lindsay wasn't the only one to take exception to the presence of the press - as you'll see in this video, a white-haired non-gentleman decided to take matters (and a photographer's camera - no, not one of ours) into his own hands!

Mario Lavandeira, aka Perez Hilton, won round two in his court battle with a major Hollywood photo agency yesterday, when a judge ruled that the Gossip Gangster can continue to run his website while the $7.5 million case is being decided.
The paparazzi agency wanted PerezHilton.com shut down pending the result of the lawsuit.
Last month, a judge denied Perezzle's attempt to have the case dismissed.
Hilton, who runs the popular gossip website PerezHilton.com, was sued back in December after the agency claims he ignored warnings to stop using its images without permission. Hilton is known for taking celebrity pictures and making amusingly crude drawings on them.
"The court's ruling is further validation of our client's position in this dispute," Hilton's lawyer, Bryan J. Freedman, tells TMZ, "We continue to believe that Mr. Lavandeira ultimately will prevail on the legal merits at the time of trial in this matter."
Calls to the photo agency were not immediately returned.

There's so much going on that when I first watched this I didn't catch what happened. Then I went and paused it like one of the comments sugguested. The photographer rams the camera right into his eye. He tries to get the camera away from him and knocks his hat off. Everyone's yelling and I have a hard time understanding what he says, but it's something like "you stick your camera in my face, sir. He assaulted me you f'in moron." I don't think he's a non-gentleman or needs anger management. Out of nowhere someone hurt his eye. Eyes are so sensitive. He just tried to make it so he couldn't be hit again, and let people know what happened. He could have done an eye for an eye...literally.
I would like the paparazzi. I'd laugh and laugh at their antics.
