Lindsay Has A Late Meeting With Her Latest Lawyer

She basically gets a new attorney every week! This time it's Stuart V. Goldberg from Chicago and LiLo was spotted visiting with him in Beverly Hills on Saturday for a special last-minute meeting.
Think Linds will get a get-out-of-jail-free card like she wants? Probably not, but word on the street is Goldberg will be proactive in trying to alter his client's sentence!
Whatever that means!

What a brat! Just do the jail sentence already, it's not like you're going away for years, it'll likely be a few weeks. She's acting like she's on death row this twit! She deserved the sentence she got, actually it was too lenient!
Maybe she can appeal....acc. to TMZ several lawyers (who practise at bev hills courthouse) said none of their clients have gotten more than 30 days in jail for similar probation violations. One said: No one gets 90 days, no one. They said Revel's sentence was out of whack, so maybe there is a possibilty to appeal, who knows.
Don't know why she's worried about going to jail? If you're into chicks it just one big orgy. Sounds like fun to me!

Dr. Michelle Golland: Finally, a serious response to Lindsay Lohan's irresponsible, reckless and immature behavior! She will serve 90 days in jail and then go into a 90-day drug rehabilitation facility.
Judge Marsha Revel had given Lindsay as many chances as she could to clean up her act, but (as many people struggling with addiction issues know) that's impossible to do when you're still in denial about your own problems -- and have entourage members enabling your erratic and self-destructive ways.

Judge Revel was frustrated and angered by Lindsay's repeated excuses and serial lying about drinking and drugging. She also pointed out that Lindsay took over three years to complete her alcohol education classes (a process which should have taken 18 months). The judge sees right through Lindsay's Hollywood sense of entitlement.

The judge's firm consequence for Lindsay's unacceptable behavior -- the excuse-making, the pseudo alcohol-treatment, the repeated lying -- needed to be handled with tough love. Dina and Michael Lohan have apparently been unwilling and ill-equipped to give that to Lindsay themselves.

I don't think it was legal for the judge to impose a rule of 1 class per week. The program is a contract between the state and the class company and I don't think the judge can alter contracts like that by oral order.
Most states have records of the number of people convicted of Violation of Parole (VOP) and the sentence imposed. It would be interesting to see the number, the lowest jail sentence and the highest, and the average.
Most states have sentence accountability standards and judges must impose sentences based on those rules.
My last thought: not allowing nicotine gum or patches for jail prisoners is nothing more than sick dumbass cruelity.

Not sure but you make a good point. The school program is a contract between the state and the company putting on the schooling. How can a judge modify that contract and not give the school a chance to decline her based on the judges demands which were outside the contracted school schedule.

Why all the big fuss? She isn't going to jail she will be granted her appeal the judge will give it to her. In my opinion i don't think that's fair at all she repeatedly violated her probation and should do jail time for that but no she's special and gets away with it just like everybody else in hollyweird.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she would go to six different doctors for prescriptions. One source says, "When one doctor says no to refilling a prescription, she will go to the next. It’s a whole process to get what she needed.”
We're told Lindsay has doctors both in Los Angeles and New York -- even one of her past rehab facilities still prescribes her meds.
As we first reported, Lindsay has prescriptions for: Zoloft (antidepressant), Trazodone (antidepressant), Adderall (stimulant to control ADHD), Nexium (acid reflux) and the extremely powerful painkiller Dilaudid.
We're told Lindsay “would get a large supply every time” she visited a doctor.

I really like how the Judge finally got her attention. Plus the Judge did state that she be evaluated to determine how alchohal and prescription drug use are affecting her health. I hope the judge slams her for the nail thing. Lindsay is freaked because she knows she can't abuse her prescription pills in jail. Sadly the only reason she is doing what she can. Has she finished her classes yet? I think she had a few to do yet.
