Lindsay Has a "Secret Sister"?

According to OK! Magazine, Lindsay Lohan may now be the oldest of five of Michael Lohan's kids!
Michael admitted to the mag that he had an affair while married to Lindz' mom Dina which may have resulted in a daughter, now aged 13.
Michael, seen here visiting Lindsay on the set of her new film Labor Pains has apparently yet to visit his youngest daughter.
Ya think Lindsay will be excited to meet a new sister?
