Ever get in one of those moods where nothing on earth can keep you away from a sweet treat? Well, Lindsay Lohan sure appeared to be in the throes of a mood like that yesterday - she had a hankering for a cupcake so powerful that not even the threat of a parking ticket could keep her away! Luckily for Lindsay, she beat the metermaid (er, meterman?) by a matter of moments - sorry, dude, but if you hurry, you might still be able to catch Kate Hudson!
