Why are we saying her name three times? Because that's the number of hours she spent out of rehab the other day. And where did she go? To the gym for a cigarette? Nope... to her Beverly Hills apartment (with an official escort from Promises - hey it's better than Dina!). But why? Seems like she might be moving out! There were moving trucks loading up some of her stuff ...
On a different note, I don't understand how you can smoke while in rehab - isn't nicotine the most addictive drug? At least that's what I remember from D.A.R.E. back in high school.
Whatever, Lohan. You're SO caught. Own it!
