Lindsay Lohan Arrives At Court For Felony Grand Theft Preliminary Hearing

Lindsay Lohan's grand theft preliminary hearing was moved from 8:30am to 10am this morning, and the actress arrived on time and walked into the courtroom about 5 minutes ago. Lohan kept it conservative in a black top, ivory scarf, high waisted blue pants and shoes by Lanvin, and she wore her rounded brown sunglasses inside.
The 24-year-old actress is appearing before Judge Stephanie Sautner this morning to determine whether her case goes to trial. DA Danette Meyers is about to present evidence she believes proves that Lindsay should be charged with stealing a $2,500 necklace from Kamofie & Company, and as we've reported before, the hearing is expected to last several hours.

Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled the offense, along with Lindsay's record, did not support a felony charge. the judge noted Lindsay's DUI conviction was 4 years ago.
