BREAKING NEWS - Lindsay Lohan Assaulted In NY Hotel Room

Another wild night for Lindsay!
Lohan partied at 1Oak Saturday night in New York, met a guy and invited him back to her hotel room at the W Hotel.
Lindsay's new pal, Christian LaBella, took photos of Linds with his cell phone, according to reports, so Lohan grabbed the phone, prompting LaBella to punch and choke the Liz & Dick star, according to and NBC New York police source. Lohan ran out of the room and pulled a fire alarm to get help.
LaBella, 25, has been charged with assault and harassment after being arrested at 6 a.m.
Lindsay's spokesperson tells X17online:
- "Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized. The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation."
